Shapes and shadows

VivianMaier-67-EDITED

Well I’m off work and stuck home today, while my truck’s in the shop getting new breaks and some front end work. I’ve been taking advantage of my time, though, and doing a whole bunch of chores. Feels good to get things done. It gives me a sense of control and a sense of accomplishment. As for the photo, I was drawn to the deep shadows and the funky lines. I did some work in Lightroom to create more of a contrast between light and shadow. This is Toronto City Hall, bu the way. Anyway, hope you’re having a good hump day. Cheers.
