Skywatch Friday Train

Here’s my post for this week’s Skywatch Friday. This was taken on the Dufferin Street bridge near the CNE’s Dufferin Gates. I got lucky with the train. believe it or not, that’s the back of the train as it heads into the city.

That’s a great picture ! Great sky and scene. I thought that the train was coming towards the camera ….
How did you handle the contrast ?
    Happy skywatching,

Great photo! I love the clouds that you captured. Also the visual contrast of the lines of the rails in the foreground vs. the irregular outline of the clouds. Great B&W shot!
    Thanks!

Great photo! The black and white give it a gritty aged feel to the photo. I love it.

Great urban scene. Having lived in Toronto in a past life, I’ll follow you… see a bit of the city and learn about photography from you… 🙂

  13. I really like this – has a gritty feel but is very clean compositionally. Well done.
