Face in a crowd

This photo is from the zombie walk a while back. What I like about it is how normal the crowd looks compared to the monster. It seemed to like being black & white over colour. Hope you like it. Big night tonight: it’s the first annual Toronto Photo Walks party and I’m actually planning to go! I’m very shy so this is a bigger deal than it sounds. I usually don’t go to this sort of thing.

EMAIL WOES: By the way, if I don’t respond to your emails or blog comments, it’s because my email is still down. I can send but I can’t receive. I can check the emails on the server but that’s a multi-step, password protected pain in the ass. Bottom line: Don’t be surprised if you don’t hear from me for the next few days. The guy trying to fix it goes away for two weeks as of Monday, so if it isn’t up and running by then, then I’ll be out of commission until closer to Christmas.

Good for you – stepping out of your comfort zone. I would have been there too if my friend wasn’t away in Cuba this week :(. Have fun !

    Nice capture of the moment.

    • Thanks. It wasn’t easy getting good zombie shots because if they noticed you shooting them they’d immediately pose, which isn’t my style of photography. I used my long lens and shot at like 200-250mm most of the time so I was far enough away they wouldn’t catch me photographing them.

    Dude… creepy!

    But an awesome capture!

It comes across just like you said… I was just scanning the crowd and then BAM! Holy crap!

It’s like… something out of a horror movie where the kid sees dead people or something and happens to look over and catches that face before it disappears again. O_o

    Nice job 🙂

Ha! I didn’t even notice the zombie at first. Kind of threw me!
