The right light at the right time

This is one of those lucky shots where the person just happens to be the right light at the right time. I took this during one of the photo walks in the winter — the Liberty Village walk, if I recall. It was absolutely freezing that day. We stopped in a pub at the end of the walk. Looks like Dad was taking his kid out for some wings. I noticed the light and snapped the shot — that simple. Hope you like it.

By the way, today I took a little drive at lunch hour up into farm country just north of my work. I came across an abandoned farm house, believe it or not. Front door wide open. Windows smashed. Like something right out of a haunted house movie. Next good day I’m heading back for some photos. I can’t wait.
