Forgotten Soul

Here are a couple more shots of that abandoned farmhouse I mentioned a week back. I still haven’t returned to get the rest of my photos, but I think I better go soon or risk it being gone.

    That house has some amazing architectural details…the moldings and that newel post on the staircase…can just envision the happy feet that have raced down those stairs on Christmas morning…

    I love shots of old buildings like this. It’s strange to think this could the last anyone see’s of this great old house. At least it was once enjoyed by a family.

    • Yeah, I know what you mean. The other day I had a short nap in my car on my lunch hour and was thinking I should move a comfy chair into that house and simply drive there and nap. 🙂 I can’t wait to go back.
