Girl walking and three and a half squares

Firstly, I forgot to mention earlier that I got my 300th subscriber to this blog on Friday. Amazing! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your support and that you’d like my photography enough to subscribe. A million thank yous. If anyone else wishes to subscribe, there’s a “Sign Me Up” buttons just below the last post on the first page here. Just scroll down. So what can you expect if you do sign up? You will receive an email notification with a link to each new post. I generally post only one photo a day during the week, so you won’t have to worry about being bombarded with notifications. On the weekend I tend to post two on Saturday and two more Sunday. Sometimes, when I’ve just gone on a major walk — like I did yesterday — I might post a third photo the next day, simply because I’m excited to share my latest shots with you.

As for the photo above, this might be my luckiest of the day, really. The girl in the photo is actually in our photo walks group. There was this moment when she stood in a particularly odd manner and I just happen to be lucky enough to catch that moment. In the next instant she was walking upright and entirely normal again. For me, and of course your mileage may vary, the way she happens to be walking in this shot really makes it. Anyway, hope you like it, and have a happy Sunday.
