Here’s a fun shot for a snowy Saturday morning. Yes, it actually snowed here in Toronto overnight. And it’s finally cold, like really cold — minus 25 C with the wind chill. I curse you, wind chill! I wouldn’t mind going out in it and taking some photos but I really should focus on filing and taxes today. We’ll see. This photo was taken in a back lane near Dufferin St. & Queen St. W. last weekend.
So I didn’t know what I’d be waking up to this morning, post surgery. I had been worried I’d be all swollen and sore and groggy and so on, but the only thing I’m a tad groggy from is the half bottle of wine I put back last night while watching “Where the Wild Things Are”. Wow, what a terrific movie. Very strange and dark but also remarkably touching. Oh, and I also had my first real night’s sleep in a couple of weeks. I can’t get over what a difference it makes. I feel like someone’s pulled back the drapes and let the sun in. Happy Saturday, boys and girls.
Are you sure those are aliens? They kind of remind me of zombies with the bloody hands and gore all over the ground at their feet… Regardless, they are creepy cool! Love it!
Glad to hear your feeling good. 🙂
I’ll meet you half way… How about Alien zombies with bloody hands. 🙂 Thanks Holly.
LOL! Those must make folks smile when they see it! Nicely composed.
Glad you got some needed sleep and that you are doing well. 🙂
Someone did a real nice jobs with that. It’s way up on a wall, too, like 12 feet off the ground. Thanks Tracy.
