Royal York Hotel

This is the inside of Toronto’s most famous hotel, The Royal York. For ISO 3200 I think it’s pretty clean and sharp. One thing I’ve noticed with the new camera is that I seem to have to crank up my ISO a lot higher than I had to on my old camera in order to achieve proper exposure. Not sure if it’s an operator issue or a camera-related one. I’m going to run a side by side comparison with the old camera the next time I get out, see what I get. On the old camera I always had to dial down the exposure compensation by 1/3 to 2/3rds of a stop but with the new camera I have to increase it by up to 1 full stop. That seems awfully high. We’ll see on the weekend, if I get a chance to test it out.
