Went to Klienberg yesterday with the photo walk group. There’s an exhibition of the works of famous photographer Ansel Adams, along with photographer Ed Burtynsky. You may have seen the movie Manufactured Landscape, which is about his work. It was a great day and after the gallery we ended up on an epic nature walk. At one point I was beginning to think we were in an episode of Lost. I didn’t take many shots and only have a couple of keepers, but I really don’t care. It was a tough week for me and I needed an outing. We ended up at a pub until dark and then walked around town taking night shots. All in all it was a fun day, filled with lots of laughs and great company. This is one of my Ansel Adams inspired nature photos. Hope you like it.
