Midday nap time

3-19_DistDistOuting-381-EDITEDI took this in the middle of March 2011. That’s a cold time of year to be sleeping outdoors. It was at this new park down at Sherborne and Queens Quay. Can’t recall the name of it now. Another example of life on the street in Toronto. Coincidentally, I heard on the radio this morning that there are up to 10,000 homeless people in Toronto, and at any given time more than 2,000 of them are on the street. I suppose they mean that6 the rest are sheltered or something, I’m not sure.
