Street reflection

This shot’s a little soft because I not only shot it through a restaurant window, I also did a pretty major crop of it. Oddly, I forgot to zoom in on my subject. I guess it was when I was playing with a friend’s prime lens and had switched back to my zoom but didn’t realize it. That’s one of the benefits of a full frame camera. You can usually crop your shots without losing too much detail. Anyway, it was late afternoon and I love the way the mirror reflects the street and the sun on it, while the scene behind the guy is rather dark and in shadow. I just wish it was a sharper image. Hope you like it.

  1. Here’s one of those story photos. Love the reflection, the light, and of course I wonder what happened to the carrier’s thumb.

  2. Shutterbug Sage says:

    Very creative shot!
