Charlie Brown rock climbing

Yorkville2015-305-EDITED

So I got out for the day Saturday shooting up the town with my Canon 16-35mm f4 wide angle lens. During the outing I came across a store that sold all sorts of games and action figures and models and toys. I ended up buying this little guy for six bucks. Thought he’d make a fun subject, even though I don’t have a macro lens. I shot this with my wide angle while having a pint at the Bedford Academy pub just west of Yorkville. Good grief. Hope you had a nice weekend.

What a great idea for a composition – even better than the usual garden gnome.
