Angel in the graveyard

PedSunKensington-28-EDITED

I shot this in September at the end of my week’s vacation. It’s at St John’s Cemetery at Kingston Rd & Woodbine Ave in the east end of Toronto. I didn’t really get any decent shots that morning, just wasn’t “seeing” things, but this one I liked. I really want to shoot the Mount Pleasant Cemetery one day. Maybe in the winter when the trees are bare. There’s something about empty trees in the winter that’s a bit creepy and sad.

Anyway, I know this one isn’t technically black & white but it felt like it wanted to be sepia. I haven’t decided if it’ll make my book. We’ll see. Hope you like it.
