Blurry skaters at Nathan Philips Square

I shot this at a very slow shutter speed of 1/3rd of a second. The two blurs in the forefront of the photo are children skating by. Fortunately for me, the woman on the right didn’t move during the shot, which is what I was trying for. I was shooting with my wide angle 16-35mm f4 Canon L glass lens. The image stabilization works well, considering this shot was handheld. Anyway, hope you like it and happy Monday.
