Black Lives Matter rally, Toronto

So yesterday I was out downtown and happened upon a Black Lives Matter rally out front of police headquarters on College Street here in Toronto. I decided to stick around and shoot the event. Instead of posting a bunch of photos I thought a slideshow would be more appropriate. Hope you give it a watch. It’s only three and a half minutes long, with music.

Black lives, like all lives, matter. Peace.

Extremely well done like everything you do Dave.

Yes, I agree – well done! Such an impact with music added!

  3. Thank you both. Glad you liked it. Yes, the music is always as much as challenge as image selection. I was going to use Fake Empire by The National but it got too upbeat and rocking near the end for this.

Nicely done, Dave! You have such a wonderful eye for editorial photography. Any of these shots could be in Time magazine!
