Waiting dog at night
I already posted a black & white version of this shot, like from a different perspective and angle. This colour version I also like. I think the black & white one will make the book, which means this one won’t. … Continue reading

Shadows on the wall
I got out yesterday for a little walk downtown. Not much of one, really — too hot for me. I took a total of 61 photos, which is next to nothing for me when I’m out. Thankfully I did manage … Continue reading

Shadow and steps
I snapped this back in mid-June when the weather was far more reasonable. Man it’s been stinking hot since July. Anyway, there’s something about this shot I find appealing. Not sure I am being objective enough in how I see … Continue reading

Three young men sitting on a rock
I came across these young guys on my way back to the car after a walkabout downtown. They were nice enough to let me photograph them. I think it really worked out well. They all look very relaxed and natural. … Continue reading

Poutine Love
I shot this one night walking back to the car from an outing downtown. I had the Fuji X Pro 2 with the 16mm f1.4 on it. The ISO is 2000 but if I was using my Canon it would … Continue reading

Two cranes and one way
I shot this back in May during my vacation. Not really sure what interested me about it. I think the combination of colours and lines and angles. And the billboard of the pretty girl helps. Pretty girls always help a … Continue reading

Sometimes doorways can be interesting. For me, it was something about the shade of blue and the colour of the beige kraft paper that attracted me. Hope you like it.

Psychedelic Bus
The driver saw me take this photo, but what’s amazing (at least to me) is the fact he had no idea at all what I was seeing on the same piece of glass he was looking through. When you think … Continue reading
