First fire of the season

FireplaceRm17-7-EDITED-2

For kicks and giggles I thought I’d share a shot I took a week back when I had my first fire of the season in my Winter Room (that’s my name for this room). Actually, it’s the first one in like two or three years now. Just don’t use that room much except when I have company, which I almost never have. I shot this one on a tripod with my Canon 5D Mrk III and my 16-35mm f4 L glass lens. It was a 4 second exposure at f8 and ISO 400. Anyway, Hope you’re enjoying the Christmas season as it fast approaches us.
