It’s always heartbreaking to see anyone who has run out of options in life and ends up on the street. The juxtaposition of a Brinks truck likely filled with cash parked behind a street person who is simply trying to gather enough change to feed himself was too poyniant to pass up, I thought. What’s that saying, “there but for the grace of god I go.” That’s not the exact quote from the bible, but it’s the one that’s become ubiquitous in this day and age. Anyway, hope y’all had a nice Christmas. Best wishes for a bright new year and new decade.
