Chinatown & Toronto’s west end

The above four images are all found photos, discovered while digging through my archives. Back then (a decade ago) I often came home with a shitload of images in my camera. So many that I’d only have time to skim the newly created folder and cherry pick the best of them to edit and share. I’d plan to revisit the folder later, but inevitably I’d end up coming with the very next day with another shitload of images to edit. It’s fun, all these years later, to make such discoveries. It’s also a LOT of work going through so many images in search of candidates for my upcoming colour street photography book. Well, I suppose I’d call it more a labour of love.

As always, if you’d like to see my black & white images, check out my Instagram stream.
