Toronto in Colour
I’m slowly chipping away at re-editing images from my archives. These ones are all from 2012 & 2013. I’m managing about one folder a day, maybe two if one happens to be a small folder. If you’d like to see … Continue reading

Some oldies in colour
All of these shots date back to 2012/2013. I’ve re-edited each of them. With the first two I was trying my hand at a cinematic colour palette, employing teal in the shadows and redish yellow in the highlights. I find … Continue reading

Texting and smoking
I shot this back in early February on a particularly wet day in Toronto. It was supposed to snow so I brought my big Canon out with my 50mm f1.4 prime on it. The ideas was to shoot wide open … Continue reading

Sometimes less is more
Now this here is something completely different for me. I attended a studio lighting workshop on the weekend with a buddy and got the opportunity to shoot this lovely model. It was a fun day.

Red coat
I went downtown with a few other photographers yesterday. They were calling for snow all day so I brought Wilson (my Canon 5D Mrk III) sporting a Canon 50mm f1.4 prime on him. That lens is great for catching the … Continue reading
