From the archives
So I’ve been busy going through my archives on the hunt for images that might make the cut for my upcoming (I hope, by Black Friday this year) colour street photography book. Problem is, back when I made these images … Continue reading

What do I have to do to get your attention?
Big day out yesterday. Parked downtown then walked to uptown and poked around Yorkville awhile. I then hopped the subway west to Dundas West and headed over to a neighbourhood called The Junction (Keele & Dundas). They were having their … Continue reading

Puppet
I snapped this in a shop out in the west end a long while back. Something about it was creepy cool. I ended up selling the photo, framed, to another artist in my area who happened to see my exhibition … Continue reading

Hi there…
Here’s another photo from my outing to The Junction, at Keele and Dundas. What a terrific neighbourhood. Totally different from when I was a kid. Hope you like it. To all my Canadian friends, have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.

Skinny little hole in the wall
This is the Hole in the Wall pub, out in the Junction. The pub itself is pretty narrow, but the entryway is almost impossible to see, it is sooo slim. I should have shot that, too, when I was out … Continue reading

Stone Portrait
I shot this during my outing last weekend. It’s actually naturally lit, although it sort of looks like flash. There’s something a bit off about this, too, I find. Kind of creepy, really. I like it, but you might not … Continue reading

Storefronts x 3
When I’m out and about downtown I often shoot storefronts, but I rarely post them. I thought for a bit of a change today I’d post the three I photographed on Saturday. These are all on Dundas St, west of … Continue reading

This is my buddy Nisarg from the Photo Walk Group. He’s from India and has been in Canada only a couple of month. He’s also an excellent photographer, very daring when it comes to photographing people in the street. I … Continue reading
